Our staff have years of experience of the produce industry and we like to take a proactive stance in any dealings with customers. We pride ourselves in our flexibility and our aim is to exceed expectations whenever possible.

On arrival each load is given a unique ID number for complete traceability. If required a sample is taken to gauge quality and general size and if later graded we will alert you if size splits are coming out differently to those suggested in initial discussions.

We can grade or pack to the customers specification. If graded we can use Mason boxes or we can grade back into your own as our box fillers are designed to accept boxes of different heights. Boxes off line are labelled with the load ID to ensure traceability is maintained.

We have a washing barrel on site and are experienced in the washing and packing of potatoes.

We have the capability to pack onions or dirty/washed potatoes into various packaging and weight options: rollstock or hanging net, paper, hessian or polyprop bags or cartons.

We have a number of multihead weighers on site for the packing lines and an automatic palletiser to ensure your product looks at its best when stacked and will stand out from the crowd in the markets or depots.

Netting/Carton/Paper packing can be in weight range of 4kg to 25kg and we can pack into preformed poly bags from 500g to 5kg. We can also pack into netlon, vertical form fill and 3-in-line tubes.

Once packed product is stored in temperature controlled ventilated stores, awaiting re- distribution.
